What is sorely missed is the "In reply to: username" that used to be displayed in the header of all replies in a thread. Without it, it is very difficult at times to figure out who the reply is addressed to, especially in Flat Mode.

May I strongly suggest that this feature be re-introduced ASAP in any future updates? In fact, it would also be even more helpful if the Post # be included after that, e.g., In reply to: Scream (Post #447813).

What version do you have?

It was removed in 6.2 but put back in 6.3.

Oh nevermidn - you mean the "Re:" should be "In Reply to" .... that should be easy enough to do by tweaking the language file. I thought you weren't seeing the name at all. <img src="https://www.ubbcentral.com/boards/images/graemlins/tongue.gif" alt="" />

Hahaha.... no, no! I don't have ANYTHING displayed in replies that shows the username of the person being replied to or the post # when using THREADED MODE. That's what I would like to see added. That information appears in FLAT MODE only.

Ah - you know - I had someone that I upgraded complain that it was missing from Threaded mode. Rick didn't think it ever was in threaded mode... but it must have been at some point if people were missing it. <img src="https://www.ubbcentral.com/boards/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />

I did this mod to add it into threaded mode. (It exists currently in flat).

As you can see, the username replied to is missing and of course, it isn't linked. hehe

I noticed that this issue hasn't been added back in for 6.5. <img src="https://www.ubbcentral.com/boards/images/graemlins/mad.gif" alt="" /> Are there any plans to include it? Without it, following the actual discussion in a thread in Threaded Mode is sometimes very difficult as you can't tell what post is being replied to.
