I would like to offer (unregistered) visitors the possibility to change the forum language.
My site is partly in dutch and partly in czech language. The default forum language is dutch and czech people entering my site often leave immediately because they don't see their language at first sight..
So therefor I would like to offer a some kind of language switch on top of my board.

Today I found a nice board which has this implemented:

You can not only change the language frm the main screen, but also the stylesheet. (see right/top)
