Upgrade Your UBB does not show up in my control panel under maintenance. What did I do wrong? I followed the upgrade instructions in such detail I can't figure out what i did wrong? I did try to put www.mydomain.com/cgi-bin/ubb_upgrade.cgi into my browser and i get a you are not authorized to view this page error. I have 777 Permissions set on this file. Please help!!!
Found my problem. I was uploading to the wrong directory. Whoever set this up before me created a "forums" directory that also had a "cgi-bin" directory in it. Through me through a loop.
