I am using Ver 6.4.0
On one forum only in forum view I have a text message at the bottom.
Zend Optimizer requires Zend Engine API version 20010710. The Zend Engine API version 20021010 which is installed, is newer. Contact Zend Technologies at http://www.zend.com/ for a later version of Zend Optimizer.

How does this impact the board and what should be done?

this doesn't have anything to do with UBB. Show that message to your host and ask them to solve it

I'm guessing that your host upgraded to 4.3.10, and didn't follow the directions properly and download the Zend Optimizer with the upgrade.

As Ian said, you need to contact your host to fix the error.
