One of the users on my message board sent me this e-mail: "I can't log in if I don't use Internet Explorer. Is there any other way? I use Firefox all the time now but I can't log in. It can't be just me so please acknowledge this problem with a response so I can find out a way to fix this."

Can you provide a URL to your board, the version, and the exact error message that the user is receiving.

I'm not sure if this is the cause, but it's reccomended that you don't use UBB inside frames
