A gentlemen wishes to register on my board. But when he gets to the bottom of the registration page (which he has described accurately, so I know he's in the right place), there's no "Submit Registration" button for him to click. Could this be some sort of firewall issue?

It could be related to Privacy Software or Javascript being disabled.

I would have them check both of them. If he continues to have problems, get his Operating System version, and the web browser and version he is using and post back.
