UBB.threads PHP Forum Software Community Forums UBB.classic UBB.classic 6 Support Can't mass email members

When I go into "Member Management" and try to do a mass email to my message board members, it does not work (i.e. no emails are sent out). I get no error messages either...

I've tried doing it all different ways (i.e. both sending directly to members and exporting the list). If I do the direct method, it goes through the motions but no one actually gets an email. If I try exporting the list, I get the following message "No email addresses were found that matched your criteria." I have tried selecting a couple members and all members.

I don't seem to be having any other mail problems with my board - password and PM emails are working.

Oh BTW, I'm running UBB.classic 6.7.2 and my message board address is http://www.mustanggt.org/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi

First, ensure that your members are electing to recieve mass emails from the Admin. If you are in the list, switch your profile to permit emails from teh admin and search again.

If that doesn't work, I would rebuild your member metadata and try the member search again.

Yep, did all that you suggested... still no dice.

Thanks for the reply... I already submitted a support ticket and have been helped (according to Charles Capps my problems will hopefully be addressed in the next release 6.7.3).
