Allow [img] tag in signatures? - I do not have this selected but people still can use this to put images in signatures.

We're using 7.0, the final release, and this seems to again (still?) be broken. The option is off, but images in sigs work just fine. What's up?

It looks like this was a little bit of a deeper issue then what I had first thought. Working on this now, but it looks to be a bit complicated so I don't think I'll be able to post the fix, but it will be in 7.0.1.
