Every time I update a UBBT7 Style, the permission for the CSS file reverts to 600. I am getting tired of resetting it manually to 666.

What's doing this?

It seems your server write files with permission 0600. The styleeditor scripts haver no changemod inside. Some other scripts like the filemanager do a change like this:
chmod("{$config['ATTACHMENTS_PATH']}/$FileName",0666);

Now we heave to find the propper place where the style is written to the file and add the above code (with propper vars names)
