Weird.
I don't notice anything strange in
your stylesheet. And it's weird that I cannot even highlight any of the text on that page.
Since it's not working anyway (apparently, at least in my IE6), what happens if you remove all that SCROLLBAR stuff?
Also, get rid of this extraneous link in your header HTML - it's laying outside of the table tags:

And if it's still doing it after those two changes, try removing the AdPeeps code and see if that's the culprit.
