Is there a way to disable the confirmation email that gets sent to users when they register?
I'm supporting a client with a forum and they are manually registering participants, but do not want the email sent that includes login credentials until everyone has been entered.
Thanks, P

Hi Peter. Control Panel > Registration Settings > deselect Enable Email Verification.

it'll still send a welcome email to the user. I don't believe there is a way to disable that...
In Classic we had the ability to add users via the CP, which didn't send any email to them; I'm hoping this will be added back in a future built.

What a bout if you put a goofey e-mail address as your forum e-mail when you created it?
Not exactly the best way? But might work?

The only way (I think) would be to disable the section of code that sends the email.
