When I try to upload my image, it's showing the following message

-----

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: resize_image_() in /var/www/setw/demo/new/libs/image.inc.php on line 66

-----

Please help me, thank you.

I had the same issue when trying to use the default GD2 image handler. I ended up compiling and using ImageMagick and the problem went away.

I even snagged the latest and greatest GD2 source and recompiled that, still no joy.

This sounds like you haven't submitted the gallery settings page. Open that page in the control panel, make sure that it has everything set to your liking and then submit, even if no changes are made.
