Here is my list of want's for upcoming releases:
1) Single post no replies ability for forums
2) Ability to search on various member attributes (location, screen name, username, custom fields, etc) and the ability to use wildcards, ie; " island* " which would match on the following, "islandpiper", "islandhopper", "islander" and so on.
3) On "notifies" or "email post" have the From: address be from the email address on record for the member, not the board admin address.
4) More "Custom Islands" or the ability to add to the current limit of 10 (post, custom, etc).
5) Different levels of "Admin" rights, ie; New user registration processing, Styles editing, Member management, etc
6) mouse over pop-up to show complete post subject on long subjects (like classic did on Last Post column)
7) A classifieds form entry. Admin created (like a poll but specific to a 4-$ale forum). Ideally this would allow an Admin to create a specific format for forum members to post their forsale, wanted to by, for auction etc in a pre-defined format.
Should accomodate radio buttons, checkboxes and dropdown lists plus freeform text entry for item descriptions. Another handy feature would be for the original poster to be able to flag the item as sold, or make price and/or description changes.
