I have added .jpeg to the allowed file attachment type, but I still cannot upload photos bearing the .jpeg extension. Can anyone help?

Also, while I'm asking questions--does anyone know if it's possible to upload multiple file at one time through File Manager; i.e., must I uppload one photo or a time, or can I browse, select multiple photos, and them upload them all at once?

One at a time only; also, attachment types is only for the file uploader, not the gallery; just to clarify, which are you trying to utilize?

It could be a formatting issue, what does your "allowed attachments" option look like? It should be similar to: .gif,.jpg,.jpeg,.txt,.zip,.png
