Is it possible through this software to know the number of visits per day - preferably by unique IP address? Or do I look to my host for that info?

Google analytics tells me to paste the HTML right before the </body> tag. I figured I would just paste this code into the static footer (wouldn't that work just as well)? For now, I'm only interested in tracking traffic to main forum landing page. There is no </body> tag in my footer, so I presume they want it pasted into the body of the page. I don't know how to access and update that. Can it be done in CP and if so, where?

Yeh, Rick says to insert it in the footer template file, myself I just throw it in the footer include area in the CP.
