Just curious - on the Delete Post Time Limit, if it is set to "0" does that mean member can't delete a post at all, or does it mean there is no time limit? (In other words, if set to zero for a forum, does that mean member could come back next year and still delete or does it mean he can't ever delete it?)

From what I understand the member can not delete it ever. You can set to allow them to edit the post for a time limit but this will allow them to just cut all the text and leave an pretty much empty post.
