In my Control Panel » Feature Settings is set the "Max # of private messages per user: to 50" but it does not count them down like I have seen on another forum, nor stop people posting when set to 0
I was hoping to set PM to 0 to stop PM

I would still clean up the templates, to not have any link to it.
And disable welcome PM's.
I'd love to see a tick in control panel to disable PM's all together.

Hey that rocks! Thank you...
I now get the message "You must be an Administrator or Moderator to access this page!"
I think that is ok...
It would be good if any user can message Mods and Admin and the Admin and Mod could use PM to message users, but not letting User to User PM.
We a immigration site and get other immigration site owner messaging our members and sending them to there websites.
How about turning of the display email address??
