Hi

I am having a problem with (mysql).

I installed the php version in my pc using (Apache 1.3.14 (Win32), php 4.0.3pl1, mysql 3.23.10-alpha ).

The installation was successfully.

I logged in as an admin and ever thing worked good

But when I try to register another user this massage appears: "Warning: Failed to Connect in e:\http/wwwthreads/adduser.php on line 273"

And under it "Username has been registered"

The new user was added in the database (I used phpadmin)

When I try to login with the new user a massage appears:"Seeya! You have an error in your SQL syntax near ') ORDER BY Bo_Cat,Bo_Sorter ' at line 4: 1064 "
What is the problem?

It sounds like a connection problem with the mysql server but not real sure. You might try running mysqladmin processlist and see if it shows any active connections.
