The page goes off of a session variable, so first thing I'd do is check the permissions on your sessions directory and make sure it's fully writable.

Same problem here with a upgraded 7.5.2 installation. Permissions are checked, no problems found. The really strange thing is that the problem exist on some boards but not all.

I don't see any paging issues with the url you provided.
I am using firefox not IE.
It is working fine.
Also the site you posted is ubb version 7.2 not ver 7.5

This very odd the URl shows up as a new page but the hop to pages still show the same page.
Back to permission settings as Rick suggested.
