Subject title says it. I cannot set the size limit for both attachment upload size limit and also photo size limits. When I input the appropriate size limits into the fields and then select update forum permissions, values are not changed but instead revert back to zero.

I've set and rechecked every config setting that I can think of and/or find.

Suggestions???? By the way, although I just installed the 7.4.1 upgrade, I do not know if I would have had this problem in 7.4 because I hadn't tried.

If these are larger than your php.ini will allow it will set them back to what the max is in php.ini. You'll want to check and see what the upload_max_filesize is set to. It sounds like it might be set to 0.

Thanks, when I attempt to set values, the system indeed sets values back to zero. The instructions say

Quote
If file attachments are enabled in the forum, this dictates how large each file attachment can be. Max size set in php.ini is 4194304 so you may not exceed this size.

I found my "php.ini" and the "upload_max_filesize" variable is set to 4194304.

Also, all permissions are properly set and "OK"

But....still doesn't work !!
