I posted this because it looks like it was over looked on the original post.
Shows as a fixed bug here but it still exists Here
In fact I have seen this at several forums using 7.4 or 7.4.1

This is really fixed for 7.4.2. With the 7.4.1 release we fixed it for logged in users, but missed the guest users.
