if you put the island on a extern webside, the pictures are not found. Because die TLD ist wrong.

like:
"externewebside/images/avatars/userupload/4.jpg" = no picture
the right path must be:
"src="http://www.tiernetzwerk.de {$avatar}" "

if there ist "nopicture" shows:
http://www.tiernetzwerk.dehttp//www.tiernetzwerk.de/images/general/default_dark/nopicture.gif

that means, "nopicture" works right, but custom avatars not

Can't find it now but there is a topic somewhere that Rick responded on with certain issues with external Islands.

you'll need to build it for external use.. then do a buncha extra includes yourself

also define $tbopen, $tbclose etc...

just click 'External Use' for your island and it'll tell you what to do
