How can i update the ubbt_ONLINE with a simple command to update the database that they're for example on a downloads page. I wrote a downloads page but when i enter that i want it shown in the Online page.

The easiest way is to create a new template and script file to 'embed' the downloads page in to the forum.

It's very easy to do and there's a walk through here
