Regarding a photo gallery forum, is there a way that images can be inserted/link into replies?

In other words, if someone posts a photo and then another member wants to respond and include an image or photo within their response, is this possible? Because even if the image button is enabled, you just see the tags and file name rather than the image being linked in.

I believe by default the UBB tag for "image" is disabled within gallery forums; myself I'd like to see this as an option (as I would like to see the ability for people to respond to a photo with photos; contests are a perfect example).
