I don't have a answer but I do have a question. What process were you performing to get this error. And what version are you on.

I am using 7.5
I used member managment to find a group of users by last on date, I selected all members in search, I selected Change Groups, I selected which group to remove and which to add,
then I recieved the error.

Okay, I am on the same version. But I tried this on a test board with only two members. It worked successfully with out errors. How many members would you estimate you were moving?

I had 1 successful move, with 27,000 members but now it continually displays the error, I need to move 2,000 to 27,000 within 8 groups

Near as I can tell the script is dochangeusergroups.php. Did you modify that with some Mod/Hack? Other than that time to open a support ticket.

Well just goto the support area. It is in the top left menu here.(support options) Enter in your license stuff. Rick will need at the very least login info to the site as admin. If there is a real issue to deal with he may need ftp access.
Oh just select basic support for now Rick will let you know if it need to be bumped up.

Definitely a bug when Last Online is selected as one of the clauses. Will work on getting this fixed for 7.5.1.
