Purging the new user registration queue

Is there a sql command or otherwise that will allow me to purge the registration queue? I have thousands of spammers queued up in there and I just upgraded to the latest version with a CAPTCHA so I want to start allowing registrations w/o the admin having to approve. Thanks!

Not sure on the command but I believe when you have multiple registrations in queue. There is a link at the top left it will be sel. That allows you to select all at least for the page.
