Most simple is a meta refresh. Add this in the head tag of the file If say index.html is your default page for your home page <meta http-equiv="refresh" content="0;URL=http://www.demongov.com/ubbthreads"> You don't even need to delete all the other stuff you have already. Then if you want it back just delete the meta tag.

You created the new pages and added the php in your index file and it still didnt work?
You could add mod rewrite using .htaccess to get it to go to the forums as well.

Just insert the meta tag in your home page. You will never see the home page again unless you delete the tag.Even though it exists on your site. Then just type www.demongov.com in your browser. Simple to input if you don't like it take it back out.

I would go with what Ruben suggested. Easily added, and removed

This is the meta tag you have in your index file
<meta name="google-site-verification" content="NWYwciGgPd7Xpf7VGprlI8YNh0jskKRCSwxZjqkFxAk" />
<meta name="Keywords" content="AntiChrist, bible, Jesus, Jesus Christ, christian, Messiah, bible prophecy, Luke, government, demon possessed, satanic, evil, tyranny, revelation, last days, armageddon, apocalypse, black robes, judges, child support laws" />
Add this before the google one
<meta http-equiv="refresh" content="0;URL=http://www.demongov.com/ubbthreads">

I like the index.php method: Index.php Content:
<?php
header("Location: http://www.demongov.com/ubbthreads");
exit;
?>

I want to turn this computer off for about 6 months
I'm sick of the internet and computers
I don't know how you people can live like this
I can't even find the option right now to ban someone
Where is the option of a Mod to ban someone?

No they should have full access to the full control panel. Best thing to do is create a dummy account and give it mod status so you can login and see what they can see.
Go to group setting ->group moderator and click cp permissions.
Set full access to 0 and they wont have full access to the cp and set can edit to 1 if you want them to be able to edit users
