Currently , the 'log' only contains SQL-Error , Admin , and Refer Logs.
I think 'User Registration' log is very important.
It keeps tracks of a when the user registers , using which email , from what IP address , (these info is available now , but I need a list order by time descending )
and when he got approved (by admin) , or when he clicks the registration link , from what IP address. (these info currently are not available )
