Just purchased one of these today to give me internet when on the road in our motor home. One word describes it, AWESOME! I live in a tiny, 1 stop light, village with really crappy cell phone strength. However, when I fired up the MiFi and connected the web pages were loading only very slightly slower than my 7mb dsl line. Yah, I know there will be areas of no service, but that comes with any air card setup. Most of the rv parks we have mapped out to stay in offer free wifi, so when there I'll use theirs and save my data plan. The MiFi modem is about the size of a thick credit card and works on either battery or 120 so I can use the 120 just by firing up the genset when moving down the road. Having this and DirecTV HD in the RV will make it just like home. Look out USA, here I come!

That's really great Greg. I hope you share some of the sights in the photo gallery too.

I'll try and post some here, but most of them are going to be found on my rv web site. I've started a thread chronicling my trials and tribulations leading up to our leaving and will continue with an "adventure" thread over there.

Ah, that's you, I was wondering who it was. Going down the highway right now while the wife is driving and playing on the internet. The speed of this card is amazing. I used a usb stick at my previous employer and it was slower than mud on a freezing cold day. Was almost worthless to try and do any work over the internet with that thing.

Don't need my permission, just stop over and register, that's all there is to it. We can hardly wait until we can take off. I took the motor home to the Camping World store about 2 hours north of me today to get the sat dish installed and wanted to just keep going west instead of north.
