UBB.threads PHP Forum Software Community Forums UBB.threads 7 Version 7 Support Domo different then download? Need Help

When I used the demo it seemed really easy to do all this because the admin page was available and set up. Now I downloaded ubbthreads 7.5 and It seems as if I need to create everything from scratch(sort of). I think I am missing something. Obviously I'm pretty new to this stuff. Also I'm sure you will all get to know me pretty well over the duration of this project. Thanks for any help you are able to offer me.

Login and go into your Control Panel

Start here:

Portal > Portal Layout




Create the Forums you want:


Forums > Category Settings

Forums > Forums Settings


Decide how you want it all to look:

Portal > Portal Settings

There are a lot of options in the admin section. Ask anything that you can't figure out and I'm sure someone will be able to help you figure it out.
