UBB.threads PHP Forum Software Community Forums Resources and Customizing How Do I? Permission problems in 7.5.5 gallery

Hi,

I have a problem that drives me crazy in 7.5.5. User complains, he's not allowed to post images in a gallery. I check the respective forum permissions, find out that the according permission to upload isn't checked "on", correct that, save the change, open it again and state, that nothing has changed with the permissions. THis happens aswell with other parameters in the dialog.
Next, I checked that the permissions for the site directories are correct, they are. Directory "includes" and all the files whithin have "777" as permissions.
Even logged in as Administrator I hyve no right to upload images to the gallery forum.

ANy idea?

Hi Elmar,

Might be easiest to open up a support ticket with the admin info so we can take a closer look at things to get to the problem.
