It would be very useful if the basic search function would accept #21860 (example) as a search parameter and take us to the post. That would help moderators to get around quicker when responding to notify requests. Yes, there is a link, but sometimes there are browser issues using the link.
This function would also be useful when a mod tells another mod to go check out #21860 as an example.
Also we are currently struggling with an appeals process for moderation. Notify can only be hit once. We don't have a solution for this yet outside of email, which is cumbersome.
As information, we are a new site that is exploding - in two months upwards of 300-500 posts a day with no end in sight.
