We are using the heck out of shout box for admins and mods. I just wish it were bigger.
What would be nice is a general announcement facility that would sort of like the ads you have seen on news sites - right in the middle of the screen, have to click something to make it go away. For example, This Site will be down for maintenance in 30 minutes. We should be off line no more than ten minutes.
And I am really, really keen on an alert when the wrong person shows up either by IP address or by login name or by attempting to have a new identity. This would help us a lot to manage malcontents. And the woods are full of them on marriage sites. Folks on other sites are not appreciative of how fast we have moved up the ladder.
We also have idiots who think they own some silver bullet for restoring marriages. When their advice gets laughed at, they turn frisky.
