I would like to see the ability to include multiple attachments per posts, with individual descriptions. There's a fantastically well made attachment mod for phpBB done by someone at this site: http://www.opentools.de

I would like to see something as functional as that. Not only can a user post multiple attachments, but each includes a description, the file size, and number of views. Images have the option of being displayed inline. It also includes full management with statistics, limits, quotas, and storage of attachments on an ftp server.

Ah, multiple attachments are already in place!
Still, it would be nice to go the full nine yards with the management like that phpBB mod. Also, the ability to enable displaying images inline on a per forum basis would be great.

Okay, okay, perhaps I'll just keep quiet now.
Adjusting the "Max Size for inline uploaded images" allows the images to show up inline, though not on a per-forum basis.
Individual image descriptions?

For now there are no individual file attachment descriptions. But we definitely plan on extending the file attachment area to allow for this and some other things probably for 7.1.
