Forcing applicants to accept board rules?

Can i disable this? I might opt to turn it back on at a later date. But for now i'd like it disabled as it might deter a potential member.

You'd need to clear out the board rules. Just copy and save the text somewhere so you can put it back in later if you change your mind.
