if 4 members upload 4 pdf attachments they end up with sequential filenames

1001.pdf
1002.pdf
1003.pdf
1004.pdf

they can then "guess" filenames and see each others attachments !

ideally, the filename should be a hash or 'random' dealio

stock code would need changing
