Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this, but I am having a heck of a time figuring out how to submit a support request so any help offered here is greatly appreciated.

I applied the recent security patch and now no one can log into the board. Including me, the Admin. It just returns an "access denied" message. The upgrade seemed pretty straight forward...just copy the new files over the old. I made sure they new files were set to 666 in the permissions. Not sure what else to try at this point.

Again, any thought or ideas are appreciated.

Have you tried to clear out your cookies in the browser? You can go here to find info for opening a support ticket

Did you upgrade from the zip with like 6 files, or the one with a bunch more? I'm semi worried you just uploaded the folder that had a full set of files and basically ended up overwriting your config.inc.php file

It was just the zip with the 6 files. I was able to get a support ticket opened and they are already looking into it. Thanks!

Search Engine Friendly URLs was the problem -- your server config isn't happy with that setting enabled.

I turned it off smile

Windows server?
I have had issues with PATH_INFO using them.

Also I am assuming that the friendly feature was turned on after the patch?
