When our digest messages are sent out to subscribed users, there are HTML tags showing up in the emails. On the config settings page of the Admin section, I have "Yes, strip HTML codes" selected under "Strip everything between the < and >...", but it doesn't seem to be having an impact. The following is an example of what our messages currently look like...any suggestions? Thanks. DB.

The guide is extremely brief on details of how to set this up, specifically, on how to update the web.xml in the $CC_HOME/webapps/ccsoapservlet/WEB_INF directory.<br /><br />What specifically needs to be added/changed/deleted from this file to get this going?<br /><br />tia,<br />R
