To me that implies, "I'd rather not deal with customers who think they've been cheated".

I don't know who locked the topic. But I would guess it was due to it was a older topic and possibly the response was a direct communication between the user and ubbthreads.

If you feel you are in the same boat I would contact ubbthreads directly.

Probably the best bet, this is a user to user forum and unfortunately there is little to do with anything that we can really provide by way of decisions from the owners, if you want communications with the current "powers that be" you'll need to try contacting them.

I like a few others posted in that thread as well asking the same questions.

With the lack of support from the owners this IP seems to be taking a back seat nowadays. I know SD is a good guy and great programmer but he has other consulting jobs that seem to be a higher priority then UBB.

I've been a supporter of UBB customer from back in the 5x days but it might be time to move on.
