It'll hold a record of every id from your old imported UBB.Threads/UBB.Classic v6 install to v7 for the redirector scripts; if you don't use these then you can purge the table (but I'd recommend backing it up first, just in case you find that you are using them and you start getting a bunch of 404 errors from old spidered links)
I don't recall a stock table with that name! At least it does not exist in version 7.5.6 I just checked three sites on that version including the patched and fc_pattern does not appear as a table. So you must have some custom stuff there.

Can't help much. The fields don't ring a bell. And it is not part of stock ubb. So it must be a mod you added somewhere in time. Because one field is"bot" I assume it is some forum spam tool But that is just a guess.

Well I am getting a ridiculous amount of bandwidth for the amount of full members on every day.. ie 50-60 members and 10 gigs of traffic a day.... thinking I shoudl delete that if it is not part of the stock threads mysql, if you could please confirm again BEFORE I delete that I would soooo appreciate that.
I am not clear on your current version. But I checked one site v7.5.6p2. No table with fc_patterns or any variations. Another site v7.5.6 Result no again Another site v7.5.5 Result no again.
