The Path to Mogrify: and Convert: would be where, it this is what I use for other stuff?

that is a Tom question, since he hosts you.
usually
/usr/bin/convert /usr/bin/mogrify
or
/usr/local/bin/convert /usr/local/bin/mogrify
but he'll tell you

if you have a gallery, make sure it's set to Imagemagick.
then upload a pic.
if you get thumbs, it works.. if not, it doesn't

If you have shell access you can use: which convert and which mogrify and it will give you the path.

The paths only are required if you are elected to use ImageMagick If you are using gd2 then they can be blank But anyway the path I got for ImageMagick from express was /usr/bin/convert /usr/bin/mogrify But as stated you really should call Tom to confirm.
BTW, The areas that have a option to use one or the other are: Control Panel » Gallery Settings Control Panel » Display Options[-] Post/Reply Page Options
