Blank fields after trying to log-in

I'm running 7.5.7.

I have a user on Firefox 22 reporting log-in problems:

Logging on from Windows XP on a Dell desktop PC. No error message. The login screen just refreshes with the username and password fields blank after I fill them in and press “log in”.

Any thoughts?

The only thing that comes to mind is they have set some security setting to not allow cookies.

He had cookies disabled, so that was the issue. Thanks again.
