I have a very old license and I am getting ready to renew... but it isn't tied to my forum name and I can't log in.. what do I do?

You need to contact the vendor.
As I recall in the members area.
If you can reach the attach license page after your forum login there is a email field:
Lost your License Info?
that will email your info to the email address on record for your license.
If that fails for reasons such as old email is bad or no longer valid.
you need still to contact the vendor and explain same.

The problem is that she doesn't recall the email associated with her license; but has the full license, but isn't getting a response via the ticketing system.

I can't read into the no response issue.
But anyway I think I covered that with"still contact the vendor"
If you know something I don't then let her know.
I don't have a clue on what to do if ubb does not respond.
