Hello, we bought the upgrade because our version is from 2015, however support hasn't updated our members area permission so we can download the latest version.
We've been waiting for December 6th.
I've also emailed info at ubbcentral.com and still no respond.

Please help!?

These are user to user support forums, the vendor does not frequent these forums very often; your best bet to communicating with the vendor is the Support Desk or info@ubbcentral.com

Also, I split this topic from the thread you hijacked so that it doesn't derail any further discussion on that issue.

I am a Web Development Contractor, I do not work for UBBCentral. I have provided free User to User Support since the beginning of these support forums.
Do you need Forum Install or Upgrade Services?
