Hi all,
Just updated the forum to version 7.6.1.1 and it has all gone great and has a few good features in it and I will be posting latter regarding some options that I would like if possible in the next version update.
I have now an issue (not related to the update done) and hoping that you might be able to help with so I can correct it, so I can get the green padlock back. I just downloaded a programe to check for errors and it has come back with the following (which seems to right through the forum):
Insecure Image: <img src="http://www.outdoorking.com/forum/uploads/usergals/2013/01/full-4181-9587-utekeep.jpg" alt="[Linked Image]" class="post-image" style="height:auto!important;max-width:100%!important;"/>
nsecure Image: <img src="http://www.outdoorking.com/forum/images/members/5772.png" alt="" class="alvt" style="max-height:100%;max-width:100%;object-fit:contain;">
It all seems to be images that have http and not https I think and was hoping that their might be an easy fix to the problem rather that go through every image as I have thousands of them on the forum.
Any assistance with this issue would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
Justin

It seems that this site is also having the same https problem??? What same so you mean? There is only one post and it was answered. Are you asking a question or making a comment -- I cannot tell. Most everything that is discussed in the reply to this thread, is available within UBB.threads 7.7.3. GO TO: Control Panel > Tools & Information > Content Rebuilder: Transition Acction. RUN IT:

It seems that this site is also having the same https problem??? I think he means that this site currently does not have a green padlock in the browser.. My 2 cents. Most times it is a avatar image. They are the hardest to get cleaned up for me.

I think he means that this site currently does not have a green padlock in the browser.. My 2 cents. Most times it is a avatar image. They are the hardest to get cleaned up for me. Its not a problem with UBBCentral. It is a problem with content on the page that is being linked to. That content happens to be Daryl Fawcett's user avatar, which is being hosted at an insecure web page. Everything else on This page is secure. The solution here would be to not allow any links from insecure URLs Control Panel > Features > Require HTTPS for Hotlinked Images Enabling this feature will only allow hotlinking of images from secure urls (HTTPS) to be displayed inline. Hotlinked images from insecure urls (HTTP) will be presented as a clickable link. When you enable this feature, its recommended that you also rebuild your Posts, Signatures, and Private Messages with the Content Rebuilder, to update their content. UBBCentral has this option disabled with the intent of being /laxed/. This reasoning is to allow users to easily test out various features of the forum software, such as linking to both HTTPS and HTTP resources.

Thanks in advance.
Justin I know this is a old post but SD's mod has two tables pics and picgallery. all the paths are stored as relative paths.. Then there was a language file called picupload. That probably had the prefix to the rest of the path. even if you upgraded you should be able to just manually update the posts table. you just need to find a post with that mod used and see what to change.

Just to comment forward, this is not a URL that the stock UBB.threads product would produce: http://www.outdoorking.com/forum/uploads/usergals/2013/01/full-4181-9587-utekeep.jpgIf you're utilizing SirDude's old PicUpload modification, we do not provide support for it; we only support the stock product on these forums. But, in either case, It sounds like you'd need to convert your old web links in your database from http:// to https://
