There's a typo in the new language -

temp/mess_reply.php

$ubbt_lang['TOO_LONG'] = "This private topic has reached it's maximum length of %%TOTAL%% replies.
You cannot add any more replies to this private topic at your current member level.";

That should be "its maximum length". His Hers Its.

Only ever use it's if you could use "it is" in that same spot .

The location of the typos is actually in three files within the languages/english/ folder.

languages/english/mess_handler.php
languages/english/mess_reply.php
languages/english/viewmessage.php

The gammer typo was introduced in February 2009 with UBB.threads 7.5.0.
The three typos have been corrected and will be fixed for UBB.threads 7.7.4
