Can a PM be sent from a flagged thread?

I got this question in a PM. "is it possible with UBB software, when a flag is triggered, that in addition to a email, a PM could be sent within this forum?"

My sense is that it's not possible, but I wanted to check with the experts. I don't see any way to select PM instead of or in addition to an email.

This is not a feature within the base code.
