Been migrated to PHP 8.4 and running well just big uptake in error.log non critical issues. Wrote quick user.ini to stop the flood. Been told by host to get ready for MySQL migration to 8.0. Any information for this transition for UBB? I am in progress learning myself to convert my db for some custom scripts with a little help from Claude.

We're running MySql 8.0.39 and PHP 8.3.11 right now with version 8.0.0 with no problems.

chiming in here: we didn't get any news since the UBB patch release 8.0.1 last year and PHP 8.3 will only be receiving security fixes until the end of 2027. So, please give us an update when we can expect a UBB release with official support for PHP 8.5?

Luckily CloudFlare had a set of WAF rules to protect sites pretty quickly implemented; so users behind their service were safeguarded until their hosts implemented the fixes.

My servers are CentOS Stream servers so patches were pretty painless to implement through the update manager on the systems.
