calendar on this page shows 31 August. the date where i am 1 Sept (9:10am). is the calendar based on server time/date, or client time/date?

what will happen in the event that a server is not located in the same time zone as the vast majority of clients?

looks like it's been fixed. coincidently, i'm here again at 9:10am 2 sept local time, and the calendar date shows correctly ...
