Does UBBT have a backup and restore built in?

I am running UBB6.2** and want to use php and mysql.

I have not installed ubbt demo because it is version 5 and 6 seems to be comming soon.

I have installed a free bulletin board for testing Autoclinic test board
and it works great but I want support since I am not a programer.
The one thing I really like about the board is the ablity to backup and restore the database.
I have done it several times while testing.
